Work I did because I wanted to: a fix for a problem in my own room, architectural design in Revit, and a couple of projects whose only justification is that they were fun to model.

P1S exhaust port

ABS and resin printing put fumes in the room. A printed blower shroud, a window plate, and flexible duct between them vents the printer enclosure outside instead, modelled around the fan that was already on hand rather than the other way round.

Efficient residential space

A Revit house zoned deliberately between social and private space: entryways into shared rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms held back behind interior hallways so nothing private opens onto a social space. Corridor widths, egress paths and room dimensions all to Indiana residential code, with drawings annotated to construction-ready standard.

Silly projects

A 6×6-inch miniature city grid in Inventor: custom buildings with window patterns and road networks, a futurist skyline descended from things I used to build in Minecraft.

And a Lego Ferrari where every brick is modelled individually and dimensionally accurate, down to the logo on the studs. A fully detailed digital replica assembled piece by piece, for no reason at all.
